Invoices can be created for each shipment, or multiple orders/shipments for
a customer can be combined into one invoice. Miscellaneous charges (i.e. fuel
surcharge) can be added to an invoice. After an invoice is finalized it is
posted and available to sales analysis (but can be recalled and reprinted at a
later date if necessary). If your accounting system permits it, invoices can
optionally be posted to the accounting system’s A/R.
